Get Found by Every Landscape Customer in Your City
Rank for the high-ticket searches homeowners type when they are ready to hire, so your phone rings with paver patio, outdoor kitchen, and design-build jobs on autopilot.
You build the patios, walls, and outdoor spaces people dream about. Our job is to make sure those people find you first. We turn your website and Google Business Profile into a local ranking machine that brings ready-to-hire buyers to you every day.
Outdoor living does not search like other trades
Most SEO advice is written for businesses selling a fixed product at a fixed price. A paver patio is neither. The homeowner searching for one has usually been thinking about it for two seasons, has a Pinterest board, and has no idea whether the job costs eight thousand dollars or forty. That gap between interest and understanding is where the work gets won or lost.
It changes what you need to rank for. A homeowner who types paver patio cost is not ready to buy, but they are ready to start trusting someone. If your page is the one that answers honestly, with real ranges and real photos, you are in the running months before they call anyone. Sites that only chase near me terms show up at the very end of that process, competing on price against three other bids.
Seasonality changes the math too. In most markets the search volume for design-build work climbs through late winter and peaks before the season starts, which means the rankings you need in April are earned the previous autumn. Snow and ice work runs the opposite way. Planning around those curves is most of the difference between SEO that produces a booked calendar and SEO that produces a report.
And the buying decision is visual in a way that few trades are. Google knows it. Pages carrying real project photography, with the right file names and captions, consistently outperform equally written pages without it. Your job photos are an SEO asset, not decoration.

What the first year actually looks like
Month one. Almost nothing visible happens, and that is the correct outcome. We audit what you have, map the keywords worth owning, fix whatever is technically broken, and get the Google Business Profile in order. The profile work is the exception that often moves fast, because Map Pack visibility can shift within weeks when a listing has been neglected.
Months two and three. City and service pages go live and start getting indexed. You will see impressions climb well before calls do. This is the stretch where contractors get nervous, so we report on impressions and ranked keywords specifically, because those move first and they tell you the direction is right.
Months four to six. Rankings for your less contested terms settle into place and the first organic calls arrive. For most markets this is where organic starts paying for itself. Contractors in larger metros with entrenched competitors typically wait a little longer, which is why we set the six-month minimum rather than promising a faster turn we cannot control.
Months seven to twelve. Compounding. Pages that have been live for two seasons rank better than pages that launched last month, authority earned for one service carries into the next, and the cost of every additional lead falls. This is the part that paid ads never does, and it is the whole reason to run SEO alongside them rather than instead of them.
If someone quotes you page-one rankings in thirty days, they are either bidding on your brand name or selling you traffic that will never turn into a patio.

The searches that actually pay
Not all rankings are worth the same. We sort the terms in your market into three groups and weight the work accordingly.
Ready to hire. Service plus city, and the near-me variants. Low volume, high intent, and usually the most contested. These convert immediately, so they justify the heaviest on-page and Map Pack effort even though there are fewer of them than any keyword tool suggests.
Planning and pricing. Cost questions, material comparisons, permit and timeline questions. Far more volume, longer to convert, and almost entirely uncontested by contractors because most firms refuse to publish numbers. Answering plainly here is the cheapest authority available in this industry, and it is increasingly what AI answers quote when a homeowner asks for guidance.
Inspiration. Design ideas, before-and-after, material galleries. Highest volume, weakest intent, and worth pursuing mainly because it feeds retargeting and builds the topical depth that helps the first two groups rank.
Which mix is right depends on what you build. A pool builder lives on planning-stage searches because the consideration window is long. An irrigation contractor gets far more from ready-to-hire terms and repair queries. We map yours to the work you actually want more of, not to whatever has the biggest search volume.

When SEO is the wrong first move
If you need work booked in the next six weeks, start with Local Services Ads or Google Ads instead. SEO will not fill a gap that urgent, and we would rather tell you that on the call than take the retainer.
The same applies if your close rate on the leads you already get is under about a quarter. More traffic multiplies whatever is happening at the point of contact, including the parts that are not working. In that situation the money is better spent on the site itself and on follow-up speed first.
SEO is the right first move when you are already converting decently, you have capacity you want to fill next season rather than next week, and you are tired of your lead cost climbing every year you stay on paid alone.
