We do require a 6-month commitment because that’s how long it takes to see the full impact of what we do. After 6 months, you’ll know exactly what we bring to your business.
Do I pay for all 6 months upfront?
Not at all! Just your first month gets you started, then we bill monthly. Simple.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card or ACH payments. Credit cards have a processing fee attached, so you can choose which works best for you. Ask us about our payment processing solutions if you’d like to incorporate similar options into your business.
What happens if my payment is late?
Late payments result in service suspension, and in extreme cases, takedown of marketing assets.
Do you increase prices?
We don’t have set annual increases, but we provide 30 days notice for any price changes.
Is sales tax included?
Yes, all pricing is in USD with sales tax included.
What happens after the 6 months?
We keep working together month-to-month. Most of our clients stick with us long-term because they see the ongoing value. You can cancel anytime after your initial commitment, but honestly, most contractors end up wanting to move into our higher-level programs as their business grows.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes! We help landscape, hardscape, and outdoor living contractors across the United States. We do not work with Canadian contractors at this time.
Do you have capacity limitations for new clients?

How much do I need to be involved during onboarding?

We take over your existing accounts so you keep all your historical data – we never hold our clients’ accounts hostage and you own your data. Keep in mind that we use proprietary agency-level strategies that you won’t have access to if you stop working with us.
What if I have domain or access issues?
We’ll help facilitate domain transfers and access issues, though we do need domain access for SEO and website work (not required for paid ads). For difficult registrars or access problems, we’ll work through solutions with you.
