We do not offer exclusivity agreements. We may work with multiple contractors in the same geographic area.

How do you handle seasonal businesses?

We understand some contractors are highly seasonal. While we require a 6-month commitment, you can adjust your ad spend during slower seasons. However, we recommend maintaining SEO and basic marketing efforts year-round for best results.

Getting Started

How do we get started?

Book a call so we can learn about your business and goals. If we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend the right Growth Program for where you are now and where you want to go. Then our team takes care of everything else!

Are there setup fees?

Yes, we do have a minimal setup cost to get everything started.

We do require a 6-month commitment because that’s how long it takes to see the full impact of what we do. You’ll experience our level of service within 1-2 weeks, see immediate improvements from a website that actually converts, and watch your SEO results build over 3-6 months. After 6 months, you’ll know exactly what we bring to your business.

Do I pay for all 6 months upfront?

Not at all! Just your first month gets you started, then we bill monthly. Simple.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card or ACH payments. Credit cards have a processing fee attached, so you can choose which works best for you. Ask us about our payment processing solutions if you’d like to incorporate similar options into your business.

What happens if my payment is late?

Late payments result in service suspension, and in extreme cases, takedown of marketing assets.

Do you increase prices?

We don’t have set annual increases, but we provide 30 days notice for any price changes.

Is sales tax included?

Yes, all pricing is in USD with sales tax included.

What happens after the 6 months?

We keep working together month-to-month. Most of our clients stick with us long-term because they see the ongoing value. You can cancel anytime after your initial commitment, but honestly, most contractors end up wanting to move into our higher-level programs as their business grows.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes! We help landscape, hardscape, and outdoor living contractors across the United States. We do not work with Canadian contractors at this time.

Do you have capacity limitations for new clients?

We do maintain capacity limits to ensure quality service for all clients. Contact us to discuss current availability and get on our schedule.

The Onboarding Process

How much do I need to be involved during onboarding?

We need someone from your team who knows the business inside and out available during our onboarding process. Our team will need input to capture your company’s vision and make sure everything reflects your business properly. The more responsive you are, the faster we can get you launched.

You’ll receive a detailed form to complete prior to your onboarding call covering photos, content, account access, and other requirements. The more information you provide, the better, as it will speed up the entire process.

What’s the overall timeline to get everything launched?

  • Paid Ads: Live within 2 weeks of onboarding
  • SEO & Website: Website build takes 45 days, but SEO work begins immediately with Google Business Profile optimizations within the first week
  • All integrations: Most system integrations are completed during the onboarding call, provided you’ve submitted all required details

 

How do I communicate with your team?

Email is our primary communication method for ongoing support and questions. For urgent technical issues with JBL Connect, you have 24/7 support available.

I already have a marketing company. When should I cancel?

Hold off on canceling anything until you talk with our onboarding team. We’ll help you gather any information you need and make the transition smooth so there’s no downtime.

How do I get the most out of working with you?

Stay in communication with us, respond quickly during onboarding, follow our strategic recommendations, and trust the process. Our most successful clients who follow our strategic recommendations alongside our marketing plan often see results even faster – we’ve had clients begin getting new leads within the first month.

We provide regular strategy calls (typically monthly) to review performance, optimize campaigns, and plan for continued growth.

Why do you build new websites instead of using my existing site?

We build new websites for most of our SEO Growth Programs because we see too many sites that look good but can’t compete online. Even if you just paid for a new website, it probably wasn’t built with the SEO and conversion strategies that actually get results. We will complete a detailed site audit and determine whether this is necessary.

Do I own the website?

Yes! After your 6-month commitment, the website is yours. If you ever leave us (which we hope you don’t), we’ll give you access to everything so you can manage it yourself or transfer it to another provider.

What platform do you use?

WordPress – the platform that powers over 50% of the web. It’s powerful, transferable, and any serious SEO strategy requires it.

Do I need to write content?

We handle all the content creation using AI-assisted research and planning. During onboarding, we’ll learn about your services, target markets, and what makes you different. Our team uses that to write content that connects with your ideal customers and ranks in search results.

You can always edit anything you want changed – we make updates fast.

Can I make changes after launch?

Our SEO programs include website support. Email or call us with any changes and we’ll handle them within 30 days. Need something urgent? We can usually get it done the same day.

Technical & Integration

Can you work with my existing CRM?

All our Growth Programs include JBL Connect, our custom-built CRM specifically designed for contractors. While it’s built on the HighLevel platform, JBL Connect is our specialized version with contractor-specific automations already in place that HighLevel by itself doesn’t have built out.

JBL Connect includes automated lead scoring, AI-powered follow-up sequences, and predictive analytics, plus you get our dedicated onboarding, training, and 24/7 human support – which HighLevel alone doesn’t provide. This will likely replace whatever you’re using now. If you need to integrate with your existing system, we can usually make that work.

Do you provide training on JBL Connect?

Yes! We provide a dedicated onboarding call and training session for JBL Connect – your entire team needs to be present for this. Beyond the initial training, you can use strategy calls for additional training, plus you have access to 24/7 human support through the chat widget inside the JBL Connect platform.

How long do integrations take?

Most system integrations are completed during your onboarding call, provided you’ve submitted all required details beforehand. For custom CRM integrations, timing can vary depending on your specific situation.

What about my domain name?

Have one? Great, we’ll use it. Don’t have one? No problem, we’ll get you set up with the right domain and handle all the management.

Do you provide business email?

We don’t handle email services, but we strongly recommend getting a professional email that matches your domain (not Gmail). Google Workspace makes this easy to set up.

What happens to my existing Google Ads accounts?

We take over your existing accounts so you keep all your historical data – we never hold our clients’ accounts hostage and you own your data. Keep in mind that we use proprietary agency-level strategies that you won’t have access to if you stop working with us.

What if I have domain or access issues?

We’ll help facilitate domain transfers and access issues, though we do need domain access for SEO and website work (not required for paid ads). For difficult registrars or access problems, we’ll work through solutions with you.

Do you need access to my social media accounts?

Only if you’re running Meta Ads campaigns or adding social media management to your program.

What about multiple Google Business Profiles?

We’ll help you work through access issues and strategize best practices – we manage over 100 Google Business Profiles and know how to structure these properly. We’ll help with verification, though if you’re showing your physical address, you’ll need access to the location for video verification.

Do you work with multiple locations?
